This privately-owned astronomical facility was commissioned at Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia in 2006.  Interested members of the public are welcome to take part in our regular astronomy courses, which include nightly viewing through the Ritchey-Chretien robotic telescope.

NOTE:    The Observatory will be closed to the public for the duration of the  COVID-19  (Coronavirus)  health emergency, due to Government regulations regarding social distancing and limited numbers of people permitted in rooms of the Observatory's size (16 square metres). This closure is in effect until further notice, although exceptions may be made if requested.
